1. Our aim

We aim for this Site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We build with semantic page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient color contrast, and labeled forms, and we check pages with automated tools.

2. Known limits

No site is perfect, and we may not have found every barrier. Our downloadable products (PDFs and spreadsheets) are designed for print and desktop use and may not be fully accessible to screen readers.

3. Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using the Site or a product, email support@1st-mates.com with the page or product and what happened. We will work with you to provide the information in a format you can use, and we use your feedback to improve.
